This school is okay. I went for one year because it is just 7 and 8 grade and I will be moving before 8th. While I was there we had people caught making out in the gym, 4 drug searches, a shooting threat, and a math teacher that cussed at us. But, the band is amazing! Mr. Driskell is the best band director I've ever had and the middle/high school band is like a family. School lunch food is ok. The teachers are strict but not awful. If you are moving to the area Taylor County is much better than Talbots or Macon counties. I've been in this school system my whole life and if you pay attention in class they have pretty good lessons (this coming from an A student that reads a lot).
